Dalreada Ltd © 2011 Design by Dalreada Vocational Rehabilitation Services are provided to parties who are unemployed following an accident or illness, and  operates on a case management basis, instructed by insurers/solicitors.  I work with each injured party to identify  suitable alternative roles, and assist in gaining employment in the chosen area through help with CV preparation,  vacancy identification, job applications, and liaison with outside agencies where appropriate.    Initially, a vocational rehabilitation report is provided, detailing the issues and potential for return to alternative  employment, as well as clear and focused recommendations designed to achieve a positive outcome.  A typical Rehabilitation Report consists of the following information:  Introduction, including referral objectives  Medical Situation o Treatment  o Barriers to employment  Functional Limitations o Aids & Adaptations o Self-Care & Domestic Activities Interests & Daily Activities o Pre-accident  o Current daily routine  Vocational Position Education, Training & Qualifications  Employment History Skills & Future Occupations Rehabilitation Recommendations for Return to Work
