Vocational
Rehabilitation
Services
are
provided
to
parties
who
are
unemployed
following
an
accident
or
illness,
and
operates
on
a
case
management
basis,
instructed
by
insurers/solicitors.
I
work
with
each
injured
party
to
identify
suitable
alternative
roles,
and
assist
in
gaining
employment
in
the
chosen
area
through
help
with
CV
preparation,
vacancy identification, job applications, and liaison with outside agencies where appropriate.
Initially,
a
vocational
rehabilitation
report
is
provided,
detailing
the
issues
and
potential
for
return
to
alternative
employment, as well as clear and focused recommendations designed to achieve a positive outcome.
