A    qualified    Occupational    Psychologist    specialising    in    the    provision    of    Employability    Reports    and    Vocational Rehabilitation   Case   Management   Services   in   connection   with   personal   injury   claims   throughout   the   UK,   with particular interest and experience in brain injury.  Areas of expertise include: • Preparation    of    Employability    Reports    (single    and    joint    instructions)    detailing    future    earnings    potential, including    preparation    of    joint    statements    (Part    35    section    9    Civil    Procedures)    through    joint    expert discussions. • Vocational assessments of skills and abilities, as well as information regarding future earnings. • Case management and vocational rehabilitation, working with all parties to achieve successful outcomes. • Establishment   and   management   of   successful   work   placements   and   open   labour   market   employment   in   a wide variety of industrial settings. • Ensuring   job   retention   using   job   analysis,   job   re-design,   and   modifications   of   the   work   environment   and/or work tasks. • Formulation   of   return   to   work   plans   with   individuals,   including   job   search,   CV   preparation   and   interview skills to achieve alternative employment. • Vocational   evaluation   and   career   advice   for   individuals,   providing   clear   pathways   and   rehab   plans,   support and encouragement to achieve successful return to work in suitable positions.
