I have provided Employability Reports in connection with personal injury cases for ten years, and I am
Bond Solon trained in courtroom skills. My instructions are from solicitors, and have traditionally been:

50% defendant
•
20% claimant
•
30% joint instruction
My main focus at this time is to continue to provide Employability Reports for personal injury cases, and
to enhance this service by ensuring that my reports also provide clear guidance for future vocational
options along with rehabilitation recommendations. I undertake Employability Reports in partnership with
various organisations on an Associate basis.
I hold a B.Sc (Hons.) degree in Psychology (University of Stirling, 1995) and an M.Sc. degree in Organisational Psychology
(UMIST, 1996). I am qualified to administer psychometric assessments (BPS Level A), and I am a Certified Disability
Management Professional (NIDMAR). I am also a professional member of the Vocational Rehabilitation Association UK, as
well as a registered graduate member of the British Psychological Society.
I have worked with people with disabilities since I qualified in 1996, and have fifteen year's experience in exploring vocational
potential and providing vocational rehabilitation and case management.
My area of specialty is within acquired brain injury, although I have wide experience of working with people with all manner of
conditions from cancer and musculo-skeletal to mental health issues.
Throughout my career, I have liaised extensively and closely with employers, solicitors, and others in the field of employment
and careers, such as Disability Employment Advisors etc. in order to achieve successful return to work for my clients.
